Myntriq Trust Centre — Frequently Asked Questions

Last Updated: 23 June 2026

Company: Myntriq Pte Ltd (UEN 202537571M), Singapore

Contact: hello@myntriq.io

Data & Privacy

Do you train AI models using my data?

No. Myntriq does not use your data — including conversations, prompts, uploaded documents, or business data — to train its own AI models.

For the commercial AI models available through MyntriqOS (GPT-4o via OpenAI, Claude via Anthropic), the terms of Myntriq's enterprise API agreements with those providers confirm that data submitted through the API is not used to train their models either.

For Llama 3.3 accessed through OpenRouter, data is processed by OpenRouter's infrastructure to serve the inference request. Myntriq's agreement with OpenRouter does not authorise use of that data for model training.

Your data is processed to deliver the platform service you have paid for. Nothing more.

Where is my data stored?

Your primary data — conversations, knowledge base documents, agent configurations, user accounts, audit logs, and business data — is stored in Supabase, a PostgreSQL database hosted in Singapore (`ap-southeast-1`).

Application compute runs on Google Cloud Platform in Singapore (`asia-southeast1`).

AI model inference requests are processed by third-party model providers in the United States (OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter). These are server-side calls — the model receives the prompt text and system instructions needed to generate a response, not your full account or business profile.

If you have specific data residency requirements, contact hello@myntriq.io.

Can I delete my data?

Yes. You can request deletion of your organisation's data at any time by contacting hello@myntriq.io. Myntriq will complete deletion within 30 days and provide written confirmation.

Within the platform, organisation administrators can delete individual conversations, uploaded documents, and agent configurations directly from the dashboard.

When your account is terminated — for any reason — Myntriq will delete all active data (conversations, knowledge base, agent configurations, user records) within 30 days of termination. Audit logs and usage metrics are retained for their standard 24-month retention period and then deleted.

If you need to export your data before deletion, contact us and we will provide an export in a portable format where technically feasible.

Who owns the data I upload?

You do. Myntriq claims no ownership over Customer Content — which includes everything you or your users upload to or create within MyntriqOS: documents, conversation history, agent configurations, business data, and prompts.

By uploading content to the platform, you grant Myntriq a limited licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the platform services. That licence ends when your account is terminated.

This is stated explicitly in the MyntriqOS Terms of Service and the Data Processing Addendum.

How long is my data retained?

Retention periods depend on the category of data:

DataRetention
Conversations, knowledge base, agent configurationsDuration of your account + 12 months
User accounts and profilesDuration of your account + 12 months
Audit logs24 months from date created
AI usage metrics24 months
Uploaded documentsDeleted within 30 days of account termination
Session tokensCleared when you sign out

Full details are in the Data Retention Policy. You can request early deletion at any time.

Who can see my data within Myntriq?

Access to customer data within Myntriq is restricted to authorised personnel who need access to provide support, diagnose issues, or meet legal obligations.

Database access controls are enforced at the infrastructure level through Supabase Row Level Security — this is the same mechanism that prevents your organisation's data from being visible to other customers on the platform. All access is logged.

Myntriq does not give third parties access to your data except to the subprocessors listed in the Subprocessor List, and only for the purpose of delivering the contracted service.

How does Myntriq handle a data breach?

In the event of a personal data breach affecting your data, Myntriq will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware of the incident. The notification will describe what happened, what data was affected, what Myntriq is doing about it, and the likely consequences.

Where required by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) mandatory breach notification rules, Myntriq will also notify the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC) within 3 calendar days for significant breaches.

Full details are in the Security Overview and the Data Processing Addendum.

Does Myntriq comply with GDPR?

Myntriq is incorporated in Singapore and primarily processes data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

For customers who process personal data of EU or EEA individuals, the Data Processing Addendum provides the data processor framework required by GDPR Article 28. Myntriq's subprocessors (OpenAI, Anthropic) maintain GDPR-compliant DPAs, and data transfers to those providers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.

Myntriq does not claim GDPR certification (which requires a formal audit). If your organisation has specific GDPR requirements, contact hello@myntriq.io.

Can I get a copy of your Data Processing Addendum?

Yes. The Data Processing Addendum is published in the Trust Centre and is available to all MyntriqOS customers. It does not require a separate negotiation or signature — it is accepted as part of the MyntriqOS Terms of Service.

If your organisation requires a countersigned DPA for procurement purposes, contact hello@myntriq.io.

AI & Models

Which AI models does Myntriq support?

MyntriqOS currently supports three AI models:

ModelProviderProfile
GPT-4oOpenAIAdvanced reasoning, long-form content, structured outputs
Claude (Sonnet)AnthropicAdvanced reasoning, instruction following, safety-aligned
Llama 3.3Meta (via OpenRouter)Open-source, strong general reasoning

All three models are available in all production environments (Staging, Demo, Internal Production). Additional models may be added in future — see the Model Governance Policy for how new models are evaluated.

Can I choose which AI model my agents use?

Yes. Organisation administrators can configure model preferences at the organisation level — enabling or restricting specific models for their users.

Where agent-level model selection is supported, administrators can assign specific agents to specific models. This allows you to run high-capability models for complex tasks and more cost-efficient models for routine work.

Individual users do not select models directly — model selection is an administrative function, ensuring governance decisions are made at the organisation level.

Can I use open-source models only?

Yes. If your organisation requires open-source models for data handling, compliance, or procurement reasons, you can configure MyntriqOS to use Llama 3.3 exclusively. Contact hello@myntriq.io to discuss your configuration requirements.

Llama 3.3 is routed through OpenRouter and processed on OpenRouter's infrastructure in the United States. The model weights themselves are publicly available under Meta's open-source licence.

How are models selected for the platform?

Myntriq evaluates models against five criteria: capability, safety and alignment, data handling terms, reliability, and commercial viability. The full evaluation framework is documented in the Model Governance Policy.

Models are not added to the platform without testing against real MyntriqOS use cases and confirming that the provider's data handling terms meet Myntriq's standards.

What happens when new models become available?

Myntriq evaluates new models on an ongoing basis. When a new model is added:

  • The Subprocessor List and Model Governance Policy are updated
  • Customers are notified at least 14 days before the model becomes available in production
  • New models are not activated by default for existing organisations — administrators must opt in

This means you will never find a new model routing your data without advance notice and an active decision by your administrator.

What if a model provider changes their terms or has an outage?

This is one of the reasons MyntriqOS uses a multi-model architecture. If a model provider changes their terms in a way that conflicts with your requirements, or experiences a service disruption, you can switch your agents to an alternative model without rebuilding any of your business logic.

Your investment is in the platform layer — not in any single AI provider.

Does Myntriq use AI to make decisions about me or my business?

MyntriqOS uses AI to assist with tasks you assign to it — drafting content, qualifying leads, summarising data, routing queries. The AI acts as an agent working under your instructions, not as an autonomous decision-maker.

Consequential decisions — about credit, employment, legal proceedings, medical care — must always involve human review. MyntriqOS is explicitly designed to support human oversight, not replace it. The AI Usage Policy describes this in detail.

Executive Intelligence

Can I ask MyntriqOS how my business is performing?

Yes. Executive Intelligence is one of MyntriqOS's core capabilities. You can ask questions in plain language — through the Executive Overview dashboard or directly in conversation — and receive synthesised answers drawn from the data your agents have collected and processed across the business.

Example questions:

  • "Which opportunities are most likely to close this quarter?"
  • "How did our marketing campaigns perform last month?"
  • "What should I focus on this week?"
  • "Why did revenue drop in the last two weeks?"

Answers are grounded in your actual business data — not generic AI responses.

How does Executive Intelligence work?

Executive Intelligence works by connecting the AI to structured data that your agents accumulate over time: leads, opportunities, campaigns, HR metrics, financial figures, and operational activity.

When you ask a question, the Executive Intelligence layer retrieves relevant data from across your business functions, synthesises it, and generates a clear, specific answer. It does not make up numbers — if the data is not available, it says so.

The capability is powered by the MyntriqOS data layer and the same AI models available throughout the platform, configured for analytical reasoning and business synthesis.

What systems can MyntriqOS connect to?

In its current form, MyntriqOS works with data that is entered into or processed through the platform directly — through business modules (CRM, HR, Finance, Operations, Marketing), uploaded knowledge base documents, and agent-generated activity.

Integration with external systems (ERP, accounting software, external CRM, data warehouses) is on the platform roadmap. If you have a specific integration requirement, contact hello@myntriq.io.

Can Executive Intelligence explain why performance changed?

Yes, within the limits of the data available to it. If your agents have been collecting and processing data about the relevant business function, Executive Intelligence can identify trends, flag anomalies, and provide likely explanations — for example, "Revenue dropped in the last two weeks; the pipeline shows three large opportunities that moved to lost status on 14 June."

If the underlying data is incomplete or has not been captured by agents, Executive Intelligence will tell you that rather than speculate.

Can it recommend actions?

Yes. You can ask Executive Intelligence to recommend what to prioritise, which deals to focus on, which campaigns to continue, or where to direct team attention — and it will generate recommendations grounded in your data.

Recommendations from Executive Intelligence are AI-generated suggestions, not decisions. You review, approve, and act on them. The AI does not take action on recommendations unless you direct it to through a connected agent workflow.

Digital Workforce

What is a Digital Workforce?

A Digital Workforce is a set of AI agents that perform business functions on your behalf — continuously, consistently, and connected to each other.

Each agent is specialised: a Sales Agent qualifies leads and manages follow-up. A Marketing Agent creates content and manages campaigns. An HR Agent handles routine queries and onboarding tasks. A Finance Agent generates reports and monitors metrics. An IT Helpdesk Agent routes and resolves support tickets.

What makes it a "workforce" rather than a collection of tools is that the agents share context, memory, and data across the same platform. The Sales Agent's pipeline data is visible to the Executive Overview. The Marketing Agent's campaign results inform the Finance summary. The agents are connected — not siloed.

Which business functions can be supported by a Digital Workforce?

MyntriqOS currently supports AI agents across the following business functions:

FunctionExample Agent Capabilities
SalesLead qualification, follow-up drafting, pipeline tracking, deal briefings
MarketingContent drafting, campaign management, performance summarisation
HROnboarding queries, policy Q&A, leave and HR task routing
FinanceReport summarisation, spend tracking, metric monitoring
IT HelpdeskQuery triage, issue routing, resolution guidance
Customer ServiceQuery handling, FAQ responses, escalation routing
OperationsWorkflow task management, exception flagging

Additional functions and agent types are added as the platform evolves.

Can I create my own agents?

Yes. MyntriqOS includes an Agent Studio that allows administrators to create custom agents with specific instructions, personas, knowledge bases, and workflow configurations — without writing code.

Agents can be built from templates (pre-built starting points for common functions) or configured from scratch. The platform provides guidance throughout the setup process.

How much technical knowledge is required to set up MyntriqOS?

Very little. MyntriqOS is designed for business owners and operations managers — not developers.

Setting up agents requires configuring instructions in plain language, uploading relevant documents to the knowledge base, and selecting workflow settings through a visual interface. There is no code required.

For more complex configurations — custom integrations, advanced workflow logic — Myntriq or a Solution Partner can provide deployment support. Solution Partners are trained and certified to handle the full deployment process on your behalf.

How do I know what the agents are doing?

Every action taken by every agent is recorded in the Governance Dashboard. You can see what the agent did, what it said, when it acted, which model it used, and what it cost — at any time.

If an agent is configured to ask for approval before acting (the default), you will see the proposed action in the approval queue before it is executed. You approve, reject, or modify it.

If an agent is configured to act and notify, you receive a notification immediately after the action is taken and can review it in the audit log.

Can agents communicate with each other?

In the current platform version, agents share data through the common business data layer — each agent's outputs (leads qualified, campaigns run, metrics reported) are visible to other agents and to Executive Intelligence through shared platform data.

Direct agent-to-agent workflow orchestration (where Agent A triggers Agent B) is on the platform roadmap.

Governance & Security

How are AI actions governed?

Every agent in MyntriqOS operates at one of four autonomy levels, set by your administrator:

LevelBehaviour
DraftAgent produces output for human review. No action without explicit approval.
ApproveAgent queues actions for approval before executing.
Act and NotifyAgent acts, then notifies the relevant user immediately.
AutonomousAgent acts without notification for defined low-stakes task types.

The default for all newly deployed agents is Level 2 (Approve). Administrators increase autonomy levels deliberately, based on demonstrated agent performance.

All actions — at every autonomy level — are recorded in the audit log.

Are AI decisions autonomous?

AI agents in MyntriqOS operate at the autonomy level your administrator configures. At the default level (Approve), no action is taken without explicit human sign-off.

The platform is designed so that increasing agent autonomy is a deliberate choice made by the organisation — not a default that has to be turned off. Agents start cautious and earn greater autonomy as trust is established.

Certain high-risk decision types — credit, employment, medical, legal — are explicitly excluded from autonomous operation regardless of autonomy level. See the AI Usage Policy.

Is all activity on MyntriqOS audited?

Yes. Every action taken in MyntriqOS is recorded in the audit log:

  • User sign-ins and sign-outs
  • Agent invocations and outputs
  • Actions approved or rejected
  • Files uploaded or deleted
  • Settings changed
  • AI usage: model used, token count, estimated cost, outcome

Audit logs are available to organisation administrators through the Governance Dashboard and are retained for a minimum of 24 months.

How is my data protected?

Key technical protections:

  • Encryption at rest: AES-256 for all data stored in the database
  • Encryption in transit: TLS (minimum 1.2) for all connections
  • Tenant isolation: Row-level security enforced at the database layer — your data cannot be accessed by other organisations on the platform, even if they share the same infrastructure
  • Secrets management: API keys and credentials are stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager and never in code or plaintext configuration
  • Authentication: httpOnly session cookies, not accessible to browser JavaScript
  • Access controls: Role-based access control (Admin, Member, Viewer) within each organisation

Full details are in the Security Overview.

How does tenant isolation work?

Each organisation in MyntriqOS is assigned a unique identifier at onboarding. All database queries — including those issued by the application server — are filtered by this identifier through Row Level Security (RLS) policies enforced by the Supabase database engine.

This means that even if there were an application-layer bug, the database itself would reject any query that attempted to return data belonging to a different organisation. Tenant isolation is not implemented only in application code — it is enforced at the database layer.

What certifications does Myntriq hold?

Myntriq currently relies on the certifications of its infrastructure providers:

  • Google Cloud Platform: ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27017, ISO/IEC 27018, SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC 3
  • Supabase: SOC 2 Type II

Myntriq does not currently hold third-party security certifications in its own name. If your procurement process requires specific certifications, contact hello@myntriq.io to discuss the controls we have in place and the evidence available.

How do I report a security concern?

Email hello@myntriq.io with the subject line "Security Vulnerability Report". Myntriq will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide an initial assessment within 72 hours.

For non-urgent security questions, contact hello@myntriq.io.

Commercial & Licensing

Do I need to maintain separate AI subscriptions (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) to use MyntriqOS?

No. MyntriqOS includes access to AI models as part of the platform subscription. You do not need your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or OpenRouter accounts. Myntriq manages the model provider relationships, routing, and API access on your behalf.

Your subscription covers platform access and an AI usage allocation. AI usage costs are visible through the Governance Dashboard so you can monitor spend by agent, user, and model.

Is MyntriqOS suitable for SMEs?

Yes — it is designed for SMEs specifically. MyntriqOS is built for businesses that cannot afford to hire specialist staff for every function, but need the capabilities those specialists would provide.

Most of our customers are businesses of 10 to 200 people. The platform is designed so that a business owner or operations manager can configure and run AI agents without technical expertise.

Can I start small and expand later?

Yes. MyntriqOS is modular. You can begin with one or two business functions — for example, Sales and IT Helpdesk — and add further modules as you see value and build confidence.

Agent configuration, knowledge base growth, and workflow complexity all accumulate over time. The longer you use MyntriqOS, the more precisely it reflects your business — so starting early provides a compounding advantage.

How is pricing structured?

MyntriqOS pricing is subscription-based, structured around the number of users and active modules. Setup is handled by Myntriq or a certified Solution Partner. AI usage is included within the subscription allocation, with visibility on costs through the Governance Dashboard.

For specific pricing, contact hello@myntriq.io or request a demo — pricing is discussed during the demo call once we understand your requirements.

What support is available?

Myntriq provides:

  • Onboarding support: Initial setup, knowledge base configuration, and agent deployment are handled with Myntriq or a certified Solution Partner
  • Platform support: For technical issues, contact hello@myntriq.io
  • Solution Partners: Certified partners who can provide ongoing support, additional configuration, and training for your team. Partners have committed to Myntriq's certification programme and maintain a named technical contact

Support response times and SLAs depend on the subscription tier and are confirmed at onboarding.

What is a Solution Partner and why would I use one?

Solution Partners are certified resellers and implementation partners who sell and deploy MyntriqOS for SME customers. They are trained and assessed by Myntriq on product knowledge, deployment process, and governance configuration.

If you are working with a Solution Partner, they handle the initial deployment, knowledge base setup, agent configuration, and ongoing support — freeing you to focus on using the platform rather than configuring it.

If you would like to find a Solution Partner in your area, contact hello@myntriq.io.

How do I get started?

The starting point is a demo. During the demo, a Myntriq team member (or certified partner) will walk you through the platform, understand your business functions and priorities, and show you what a configured Digital Workforce looks like for your type of business.

Request a demo at www.myntriq.io/contact or email hello@myntriq.io.
